      Help in the system installation at the client office.
      We assist our clients in the installation and fine-tuning of our software on their computers. During installation, the express training on usage of our system or service can be conducted, which will allow you to start basic operations with the system practically at the first day of its installation

      Supporting documentation and access to its repository.
      We provide our clients with all required paper documentation on operation with our systems or services. Usually the provided supporting documentation includes:

  • User's manual
  • "Quick start" document for immediate start of the system operation
  • Interactive computer Help system
  • Supporting documents on WEB, including "Questions and answers" (FAQ)

      Training At your request we can organise training of your staff in our systems or services. Thus, we can organise training either at our training centre, or at your office, or even "in the field ". The training includes not only explanations of the basic functionality, but also practical lessons, training in the typical usage of the system components and units, which will allow your staff to use 100 percent of the automation capacities.
