  Question 1: How soon can you implement your solution in my company? I need one central office workplace and five PALM solutions for my mobile representatives. I already have the required desktop and PALM handhelds.
  Answer: It can be done in one day. As we have already mentioned, our out-of-the-box solutions are ready for immediate installation. Moreover, the installation and set-up of the system really takes up only a few minutes.
  Question 2: I would need you to support and install the system at my current location, which is quite distant from the Central Europe. Is it possible to provide this remotely?
  Answer: Yes, this is possible. We have a lot of clients, which are located far from us. The proposed solution delivery includes the comprehensive set of supporting documentation and interactive help system. Basically, the installation process is simple enough for performing it on the "do-it-yourself" basis and requires no special training. But we take care of our clients and, consequently, we can ensure you the required level of support. The latter can include support by e-mail or by telephone. Moreover, our support program can include an option of remote connection to your system under your control and with your permission, which would guarantee the same results as if we physically visited your office. We can install a special program, such as Symantec PCAnywhere, on your hardware and, if necessary, render you remote assistance by contacting your office through this communication program or using the Internet network. Thus, we can ensure you the remote assistance and joint work with you on the program adjustment.
  Question 3: Do you provide hardware support?
  Answer: In the case, where we provide both hardware and software, you will have the advantage of having our full support for the operations of your office. In this case, we shall ensure continuous operation of your office.
  Question 4: I would prefer to buy the required hardware from my own supplier due to large discounts for handhelds. However, I want to install your solution on this hardware. Is it possible for me to receive the support from your company?
  Answer: Yes, it is possible. We can ensure you the support of our software programs on your hardware. The level of such support can be discussed and depends on your requirements.
  Question 5: I liked your solution and I want to implement it as soon as possible. I perform a market research for my client. Usually my client delivers
me paper forms, which are filled in by my staff during field survey. However,
I do not have a specialist in my office to develop electronic form using your software for each new paper form provided by my client. Can your staff, using your software, perform the task of creating the form templates for my paper forms with incorporation of the "smart" check features? If so, how can you transfer these templates to my office?
  Answer: Yes, we can create electronic forms for you. You can send us the paper form either by mail or fax, and we will send you its electronic template by any method, which would be the most convenient for you (send by e-mail or deliver on floppy, CD or DVD disks). As soon as you receive the template, you can import it into your DigSee SURE program in a few seconds.
  Question 6: Do you provide remote training? I would like my staff to get training on this system, but I would not bear the travel costs.
  Answer: Yes, we provide the following training options:
a) Training of your staff at your office. Our representative will travel to your office and conduct training in the environment that is convenient and customary for your workers.
b) We can organise training of your staff through the Internet network! This a really cost-effective solution, which will allow your staff to watch the training process on their monitors, to participate actively in this process and to hear the comments of our support by phone.
  Question 7: My company is the system integrator and supplier of solutions for my clients. I would like to install your system at all my clients, but I would like to disable the option that allows the end client to develop electronic templates of forms and questionnaires. The reason is very simple: I want to do it myself and charge my clients, at least for the development of forms and questionnaires. Is it possible?
  Answer: Yes, it is possible. Each license goes with an option to develop/edit forms and questionnaires by the system users. Therefore, you can acquire licenses for your company with an option of creating new forms and questionnaires, and for your client - without such an option. Thus, you will create new forms and questionnaires at your office and then import them into your client's site.
  Question 8: I have purchased off-the-shelf PALM-compatible computers,
which support the state-of-the-art communication system. I wonder whether your solution will operate on these?
  Answer: Yes, it will, with probability of 99.99%. The key to success of our solution and its maximum compatibility with practically all known hardware is that we use only the capacities of PALM operating systems. And our synchronisation system is superimposed over the standard synchronisation system delivered with each PALM device. Therefore, we are sure that if your PALM can be synchronised with a computer, then it is compatible with our solution.
  Question 9: Your solution looks good to me, but my forms and questionnaires sometimes require extensive operator input. However, a usual PALM device has no keyboard. Can you advise anything on that input problem?
  Answer: At present, a large variety of additional keyboards have appeared on the market. In addition to the usual "rigid" keyboards, there are flexible and pocketbook-like keyboards! But our experience has shown that if your field representative needs to enter a lot of textual information, he (she) can simply be trained to the PALM input system - it is really possible to learn to write in PALM practically with a speed of speech.
  Question 10: My field staff already uses PALM handhelds as organisers, plus all of them have mobile phones. At present, my field representatives deliver their results to the office personally, but sometimes this is a nuisance. Is it possible for them to transmit the data to the office remotely without buying any additional hardware?
  Answer: Yes, this is possible. The majority of PALM organisers have a built-in infrared port IRD. And the majority of modern telephones - have both infrared port, and built-in modem. That gives you a possibility to transfer your information simply by directing the infrared port of your mobile telephone at the PALM infrared port. For this no additional accessories are required.
Note: If your field workers require to transmit their data wirelessly to the office on daily basis, it would be better to supply them with PALM handhelds, which already have built-in wireless capacities.
  Question 11: I am very impressed with the modern "bluetooth" technology: it seems to very effective to have wireless capacities, while the mobile phone is hidden in a handbag. Do you support such an option for the field staff?
  Answer: Yes, we can support the "bluetooth" technology for the field staff.
  Question 12: My company has tested your solution and came to conclusion that it looks very lucrative for our clients. Can we offer your solution to our clients?

  Question 13: Why is your solution named SURE?
  Answer: Initially this solution has been developed for effective work with questionnaires, and then on requests of our clients it was extended to cover forms and reports. Therefore, the original title SURE meant SUrvey Results Entry.
